PrinterSite® Fulfillment provides a complete Web-based storefront solution for fulfillment ordering. The application seamlessly integrates with EFI Hagen™ OA*, EFI Logic™ SQL* and EFI PSI™* to streamline inventory management for printers and enable companies to offer customer value-added online fulfillment ordering services. The application is part of EFI’s PrinterSite® suite of Web-based tools that leverage EFI Print MIS products to help companies deliver customer-facing Internet applications. The PrinterSite applications ensure greater customer loyalty, offer access into larger accounts, streamline the order process, enhance workflow integration, and increase revenue streams.

- Simple to use. PrinterSite Fulfillment’s easy-to-use storefront interface requires no training in the print, self-service order or job status tracking processes. The application’s self-service ordering and job status features also offer customers immediate accessibility to order what they want, when they want. In addition, the customizable interface eliminates data entry errors and miscommunication with customers and moves jobs quickly through the order process into production.
- Complete fulfillment solution. With PrinterSite Fulfillment, users can order, track and maintain finished good inventories directly from the desktop. Clients also can check current inventory levels, place and track orders, and customize, typeset, proof and approve print products, such as business cards and direct mail pieces, through the Web storefront.
