– Secure direct and fast support for Colorproof XF
Receiving fast and simple support to your questions is essential to your day-to-day work. The Support Services Contract (SSC) enables you to contact EFI directly for technical support questions and suggestions on how to achieve the best results from EFI Colorproof XF.
Your inquiries will be handled via telephone or e-mail by seasoned professionals, who understand EFI technology, can resolve your questions quickly, and provide tips on Colorproof XF. This support enables you to save time and to work more efficiently.
As an added value, customers under a support agreement are entitled to take advantage of EFI's remote support tools. Powered by WebEx, the tool allows our support department to login to your XF server and to find the answers to your questions quickly.
Note: The SSC covers all options to your Colorproof XF configuration. It is valid for a 12 or 36 months. Unlike stated earlier SSC do not renew automatically. Customers need to purchase another contract period when their existing contract expires. EFI will, however, send an email notification to customers owning a contract 30 days before it expires. This email notification will include a link to the site where they can re-purchase another contract period. In North America, support will be offered in English and Spanish.
