Kendra Langevin
Chief Human Resources Officer
Kendra Langevin is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at EFI, leading the global Human Resources function. Kendra has been with EFI since 2019 and has held various leadership roles before being appointed CHRO in January 2025. Kendra’s strong experience in employee engagement, talent management, and leadership coaching and development will be leveraged to drive EFI’s talent strategy and evolve the high-performance culture.
Before EFI, Kendra spent most of her career in the software industry where she progressively grew in roles focused on business partnering, employee relations, talent management, as well as M&A and integrations. She held global HR leadership positions at NETSCOUT Systems, Inc. leading Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Business Partnering teams. Before that, Kendra spent 12 years at PTC where her career evolved to leading a team of American business partners.
In addition to being a certified professional coach, she is certified in DiSC assessments, several 360 tools, and Korn Ferry Lominger competency framework. Kendra is passionate about building management and leadership capabilities in others and finds great enjoyment in coaching and mentoring female colleagues within and external to EFI.
Kendra earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Providence College and has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Emmanuel College in Boston, MA.
